• About Our Pastor

Victory Christian Church founder, Jim Pradke, has been our fulltime pastor since 1993.  Jim’s passion for God’s Word is expressed through his creative teaching and exegetical preaching each week.  His Christ-like compassion is felt as he visits those who are suffering and gives spiritual counsel to those who seek God’s wisdom.  His God-given musical talents are shared during the two weekly Sunday services as he leads our worship team in preparing the hearts of the worshipers to receive God’s Word.

Pastor Jim is an active member of the Starke County Ministerial Alliance where he formerly served as secretary, and has continued his education through Lincoln Christian College and Seminary, as well as preaching and leadership training through Southeast Christian Church.

Pastor Jim and his wife, Brenda, were both born and raised in Chicago.  They married in 1979, settling in Knox, Indiana, where they have raised their seven children.  Their youngest son is currently attending Ozark Christian College, in Joplin, Missouri.  Jim is an avid primitive camper and canoeist.  He brews espresso each morning and makes cappuccino for visitors upon request. He’s also been known to claim that bacon is good on just about anything!
